Multiple Access Levels
With online payroll you can assign an unlimited
number of Administrators as well as Payroll Clerks.
Admisistrators will have access to all payroll reports
and pay rates while Clerks will only have access to lower
level operations such as hours entry and employee data.
All pay rates and other financial information is hidden
from a clerk level employee.
Payroll Entry
With online payroll you can enjoy the freedom and
ease of entering your payroll anytime anywhere. You
will have the ability to enter hours, bonuses, create
separate/special checks in addition to payroll, add pay
types and deductions, hold deductions or garnishments
and change pay rates.
Employee Review
With online payroll you will have access to employee
pay stubs, W-2 forms and hire/termination information.
You can also review employee setup as well as make changes
via the payroll entry screen. Also your employees will have
access to their W-2 and Pay stub information via their own
login and password. Employee review makes your work easier
by allowing employees to find answers related to their pay
history on their own time.
Report Manager
With online payroll you will have access to the
important reports you need to be in control of your
payroll. You will be able to access your payroll
history
for up to 2 years. Whether you need reports related
to a
particular check date or pay information spanning several
months your payroll information is available whenever
